Executive Director
Founder of Bee HIV+ Foundation, healthcare professional, HIV advocate, published author, and UCSD Women SHINE Peer Navigator. Marie leads the organization’s strategic vision, education initiatives, advocacy efforts, and community outreach.
Pastor Lisa Cimino
Secretary & Chaplain
Pastor Lisa provides spiritual guidance, trauma-informed support, and community leadership. Her experience in ministry and behavioral health strengthens the foundation’s commitment to compassion, wellness, and hope.

Former CFO of Banner Behavioral Health, Michael brings executive financial leadership and operational expertise to support financial stewardship, governance, and long-term sustainability.
